Where is the pick-up location?

Pick-up is available in the Whatcom area of Abbotsford. Exact location and details will be provided after an order is placed.

Where do we ship?

We ship worldwide!

How long does it take to receive my order from the time it is placed?

As all shoes are custom handmade after an order is placed, please allow up to 15 business days to process and ship your order. For special rush orders please email me through the Contact page for availability prior to ordering.

What size should I get?

We suggest to size up if in between sizes.

Can I make changes to my order?

Email at melissa@tinythreads.ca to inquire about a change in your order.

Can I track my order/ where is my tracking number?

Standard shipping with Canada Post does not come with tracking. This option is made available as it is much more economical than tracked.

Customs/Duties/Lost packages

Tiny Threads is not responsible for any charges or custom fees that may occur upon delivery. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.


All shoe orders are final sale, no returns or refunds as they are made custom to that specific order. For legging exchanges, they must be unworn and returned in the manner in which they were received. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded, and customer is responsible for shipping return items. New item(s) will be shipped as soon as exchanged item(s) have been received.
